I work across a full spectrum of psychological distress including all common mental health problems. Ranging from those with anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, bereavement, marital difficulties, phobias, addictions and low self-esteem.

Life Coaching
Not everyone who uses our services has significant mental health or emotional problems. Many people want the equivalent of an MOT (a psychological check-up).
